They suck big time. Since I got their 3Mbps package ( which has highest price in the market) my download has never touched 3Mbps. I lost count how many times their tech came out to fix the issue but everyone left with one statement that ” our engineers working on this, it should be good by tomorrow”. I work from home and my stupid apt management has contract with them. So I can not get any other service. I down from last 2 days along with other tenants in the same building the already sent 3 different techs but none of them can figure out what’s wrong.
I think it is written by one of their own people.
