What is the most exciting thing about voip that you are looking forward to?
The elimination of copper and the move towards an all fiber communications network.
What is the coolest service today?
GrandCentral as a service remains the most impactful. Skype garners a lot of attention, but it’s not really “cool.” I think video conferencing is the next cool thing. Companies like client SightSpeed are well poised to be the onramp to Telepresence.
The biggest disappointment in voip technology?
Lack of faster adoption by the telcos to roll it out.
