Make cheap calls to Afghanistan with Nobelcom calling cards

Rates go up as the time rounding gets more precise. The structure is as follows:

Hello World: 40.4¢/min. (landline; 48.4¢/min. mobile) – round up to 4 minutes
Talk World: 42.9¢.min. (51.9¢/min.) – round up to 2 minutes
Call World: 46.5¢/min. (57.0¢/min.) – round up to 1 minute
1 Second World: 50.5¢/min. (62.5¢/min.) – round up to 1 second

The advantage of lower rounding times applies particularly to situations when you will be making short, frequent calls. $20 on the Hello World plan will get you 40 minutes of talk time, whereas $20 only gets you 32 minutes on the 1 Second World plan, but unless you watch the clock closely, you can easily lose nearly 4 minutes of your talk time on the Hello World plan if your call ends (for example) just after 8 minutes.

Additionally, a maintenance fee will apply to the first three tiers:

Hello World: 99¢/week
Talk World: 69¢/week
Call World: 49¢/week
