Fring is basically VOIP but is also programmed which is what distinguishes it from other services. Fring allows you to make one-way video calls using Gtalk, MSN messenger, and other services. The application also works with Android. If your looking to communicate with numerous messaging services, then Fring Fring is a must have application for you.
